WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Personalised and bespoke items are non-refundable and spellings of names should be double checked before check out. If you wish to double check, please send us a message as soon as you can and we can verify.

If you aren't happy, as disappointed as we will be, please get in touch. We really value customer feedback and so want to hear, good or bad, what you think of your items. 

 

We are a small business and want to make sure all of our customers fall in love with our brand and recommend us to friends and family.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we do! Our eGift cards are the perfect gift for someone who wants to shop for their future king.  If you would like a denomination that you can't see, send us a message and we'd be happy to help. 

CAN WE DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, we absolutely can.  Before placing an order send us a message with a description of what you'd like and we will try our best to bring your vision to life.
