Our current turn around is 10 -14 days approximately but the majority of orders are shipping within 7 days. If you need an order urgently get in touch - there may be something that we can do!

All items are currently being sent via Hermes. Please be sure to leave your email address so that we can add it to the dispatch note as this will ensure that you get full tracking information.  All parcels will cost £4.95 for postage and packaging.  If you require a product on a next day delivery service please get in touch as the cost will be different.

We are a small business, and while we try our hardest to stock every option, colour and size, the reality is my poor spare bedroom can only hold so much stock, therefore we order our stock in as we need it. We have a great relationship with our suppliers but sometimes they go out of stock of products which means we can't fulfil our orders. In this eventuality, we will get in touch straight away with either an estimate of when this item will become available or an alternative option. You can also contact us prior to ordering to check stock levels.

All items are printed on site, therefore, turn around is approximately 10-14 working days, however, if an order is completed before the expected date then we will ship out as soon as we can. We aim to do this as much as possible as no one likes to wait for their goodies! If you need an item for a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to priorities that order.
